I am just glad that there are other places on the web to get recognition for your film. When I placed my first film here Armageddon , it recieved numourous
downloads at the election 2004 area of the archive because the video content is controversial.
However, when I re uploaded it to the open source spot, I hardly get any hits. I still recieve several e-mails a day from video makers on how I did the special effects and what inspired me to do this film; however, my ratings here do not show it. So in some ways I agree with some some individuals about these reviews being a problem as well as the way this site has decided to include streaming video. I discovered at my posting that if you hit the stream button your ratings go up, whether you have seen the video or not. I believe that alot of individuals here have also discovered this fact and are constavtly hitting the stream button everytime they enter this site to get their ratings up. However, this is only my opinion. I am just glad that I recieve e-mails from fans of my work. These e-mails help me continue to produce these films and keeps my hopes high on possibly one day producing a real film for motion picture industry. And yes offers have been made to me.
